How to Avoid Feeling Sleepy After Lunch

I was doing a random search on “After Lunch Syndrome” (my favourite quote after lunch) and I thought this is quite interesting. 😀

I haven’t tried

  • napping (probably can turn to sleeping)
  • meditate for 5 minutes (it’ll probably become the first point)
  • baked potato (一物二用, <also means one stone kills two birds>), probably can help me gain some weight. 😀
